Aldermans security consultants have recently delivered a comprehensive security threat assessment for an extensive re-development in Central London. The clients, a global property developer purchased a commercial building configuring of 3 separate buildings, with the aim of developing them into one single property for the executive commercial market.
Aldermans undertook the brief of providing a building security strategy that would consider both physical, human, and technological aspects, ensuring the security measures employed stood up to the scrutiny of international businesses who were seeking protected yet discreet London accommodation.
The all-encompassing threat assessment and recommendations were completed and shared with the client, their architects and engineers.
